In late 2011 we were commissioned to implement FAST Search at one of the largest mining companies in Canada. FAST was chosen to replace a $1m COTS product that, after almost a year, had still not been successfully implemented. This company is also one of the largest Sharepoint installations in Canada with over 5000 users, 15 SP farms and well over 250 sites.
